2 tablespoons of melted butter
1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
3 cloves of minced garlic
Kosher salt (for seasoning)
Ground black pepper (for seasoning)
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Olive oil
Slices of lemon for a decorative touch
Our Twist

Add the broiling stage (after the baking stage) to have a crunchy finish.
Steps
Oven - Pre-heat to 190 C.
Special Mix - Mix the melted butter, lemon juice, and olive oil in a small bowl.
Baking Tray - Place the salmon in an aluminum baking tray.
Seasoning - Spread the special mix on the salmon. Then season generously with salt & pepper.
Bake - Place the baking tray with the salmon in the oven for 12 minutes at 190 C.
Broil - Change the oven to top broil at 250 C. Place the salmon back in the oven for 7 minutes.
Temperature Check - Remove the baking tray from the oven. Using a food thermometer, ensure that the internal temperature is ~145 C.
