Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Meijer Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp baking sugar
- Β½ tsp vanilla extract
- Β½ tsp baking soda
- Β½ cup Ghirardelli chocolate chips
- Non-stick spray
- Small pancake pan(s)
- Bananas (optional)
Steps
- Prep pan β Spray inside & sides with non-stick spray.
- Heat β Induction hob to 6/10.
- Make batter β Mix pancake mix, water, brown sugar, baking sugar, vanilla, and baking soda until smooth.
- Pour batter β ΒΌ cup in center of pan, let spread. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly.
- Check bottom β After 2β3 min, slide spatula under pancake. If it moves, itβs ready to flip.
- Flip β Cook other side 30β40 sec (faster than first side).
- Serve β Remove with spatula. Add bananas if using. Enjoy!
Notes & Tips
- Cook on slightly lower heat for even browning.
