Ingredients

  • Wood skewers (soaked 30 min)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ large lemon, squeezed
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp coarse ground pepper
  • Pinch paprika
  • Pinch chili flakes
  • ½ cup finely chopped parsley
  • 4 cloves garlic, diced
  • Lemon wedges (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro (optional garnish)

Steps

  1. Create sauce – Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, chili flakes, garlic, and parsley.
  2. Marinate shrimp – Toss shrimp with 80% of sauce. Cover & chill 30 min.
  3. Skewer shrimp – Thread 3–4 shrimp per skewer, spaced evenly.
  4. Grill – Cook on medium-high heat 3 min per side, flipping once.
  5. Serve – Arrange skewers, drizzle remaining sauce, serve hot.

Plating

  • Garnish with lemon wedges and cilantro.
  • Serve with grilled corn, vegetables, coconut rice, or citrus salad.
