Ingredients

Steps
- Mix marinade – Combine garlic, parsley, sugar, yuzu honey, oils, herbs, salt, pepper, water, and gochujang.
- Marinate chicken – Toss chicken in marinade. Cover & chill 30 min.
- Heat grill – Set to medium-high heat (375–450°F / 190–230°C, about 75–85% max).
- Make skewers – Thread chicken (add cherry tomato tip if using).
- Grill – Cook 2 skewers per person. Grill until chicken reaches 165°F internally.
- Flip – Turn after 4–5 min when easy to lift.
- Serve – Rest briefly, then enjoy warm.
