Steps
- Mix sauce β Combine miso, soy, yuzu honey, sugar, gochujang, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Prep salmon β Cut salmon into large cubes.
- Heat pan β Preheat to medium-high, add olive oil until sizzling.
- Sear salmon β Place cubes clockwise, sear 2 minutes.
- Flip β Carefully turn each cube with tongs.
- Add sauce β Pour sauce over salmon, sear bottom side 1 minute.
- Toss & stir β Toss to coat evenly, stir occasionally.
- Check temp β Cook until internal temp hits 145Β°F (63Β°C).
- Rest β Let sit 2 minutes before serving.
