Lúc Lắc Stuttgart Review: Vietnamese Comfort Food in Stuttgart North

Best Vietnamese Comfort Spot in Stuttgart North

Lúc Lắc is our go-to when we’re craving Vietnamese food and just want to walk over for some summer rolls and a vermicelli bowl.

The Vibe

Casual and usually busy.

We still remember our first time there in the summer, sitting outside on the patio with great weather. That’s still the best way to experience it if you can.

Inside, it’s simple and functional. Nothing fancy, but it works.

You’re usually in and out within 45–60 minutes, which makes it an easy choice when you don’t want a long dinner.

Our Favourite Dishes

We keep it simple here.

Summer Rolls

Fresh, light, and easy to start with. The rice paper is soft, packed with herbs, and paired with a peanut sauce that adds just enough richness without feeling heavy.

BÚN GÀ TRADITIONELL (31)

Grilled chicken over vermicelli with fresh herbs and vegetables. It’s light but still filling, with a good balance between warm and fresh elements.

BÚN BÒ TRADITIONELL (32)

A slightly richer option with beef, but still very balanced. Same vermicelli base, just a bit more depth in flavor compared to the chicken.

When We Go

We go here when we’re craving Vietnamese food but don’t want to drive or commute.

It’s easy, close, and consistently good.

Customer Service

Service is fast, but it can feel a bit cold at first.

That was our experience early on. As we started going more often, it warmed up as they got familiar with us.

English-Friendly?

So-so.

The male servers can speak English without any issues. On our first visit, our server didn’t speak much English, so we got by with basic German.

The menu is available in English, which makes ordering easier.

Our Verdict

Go here if you want a casual Vietnamese spot that’s easy to get to.

Especially if you’re in the mood for something fresh and light that still feels like a proper meal.
